The most pathetic connection I have seen in my entire life. The internet speed always remains slow and connection problem remain there at all times.

Biggest MSO Cable & broadband provider with high bandwidth and singnal Employees are good and talented

Don't know how they have obtained a ISP license. Their services are down most of the time. Their cables are laid over ground or through open fields. And every 3 days either dogs or rats eat through their wires. And their service team will raise a service request and will claim a TAT of 4 hours. Then their fibre team will call after 4 hours asking if the internet is still down. Then they will respond by saying "Dekchi". Team arrives after 8 hours. Repairs and reconnection another 2 hours. After 10 hours service will be restored. Only to be disconnected by local rats the very next day. Repeat above. Update: After using their "services" or lack of it for 6 months I have decided to shift to Airtel. Hopefully I will be connected in a few days. I will update as to how difficult their disconnection procedure is. Now their services are down about 4-5 hours per day. Apparently their services are down in all of India. Maybe they haven't cleared their bills. I am jumping ship.

I would like to give negative star but could not . Unethical, Unprofessional, Unresponsive, these are the word fit for them, i have filed complain past 7 days and they are not picking up my call,customer care number always says we are working with less staff and then phone get cut automatically tried around 110-15 time in 1 week. Executive are not picking up call and i am getting feedback call that my issue is resolved am i satisfied with service press 1 . do you really communicate with each other ?? if my issue is still there why i am getting feedback call for resolve ?

Here's my experience with using Hathaway for more than a year now: Connectivity: They are consistent with packet drops. The connection gets worse during the night to a point of no connectivity. I am left to wonder if I have a connection that days back 10 years from now where you have different connection speeds at different times of the day. Service: You have a higher chance of winning the lottery than getting a timely service visit from these folks. I had an extremely small issue of shifting my connection from room to another and I rang them up on a Monday. This is what the promised " we will have someone visit you in the next 24 hours. " Post my call on Monday I had a follow up call with them on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Each time they promised to get this resolved by the next day and when I gave up hope they landed up at my doorstep like Thanos landed in Wakanda. On letting them know my issues they said that they did not have the proper tools available with them to resolve the situation right away. They went away and said their team will visit on Monday. It's Tuesday now and I am still following up with them. Please avoid at all cost Thanks

One of the most broadband and cable service regional office also it is look like a very clean place , security and supportive people are very helpful.

Absolutely third class service provider. DO NOT TAKE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER FOR BROADBAND OR TV. They are complete frauds out to cheat people. Their representatives will promise the world to you before taking the connection but once you fall for their trap they vanish without a trace.

Pathetic Service. My wifi is down for last 1 month. I have written 30-40 mails no response, Call center does not pick up calls. Appellate authority and nodal officers does not respond. This is the worst company i have experienced so far across any category. Wish there was 0 or negative star rating.
