If we book one vehicle they will took two months and there is no proper cominication
My access was giving trouble for last 1 month, Showed it to different mechanics arround. They couldn't solve the issue. Then I decided to take access to Hassan for service. They did a fantastic job. I gave my bike at 1 and got it out at 4. Just 4 hours they solved a major issue. Thanks for the assist

My bike chain and sprocket got changed here. They did good job. Show room get operational late then mentioned in google maps...
Worst service by this center they will do what is not told to them they will change the parts which is in good condition and bill extra for my Access 125 they have removed the petrol pipe saying it's melted when checked it was in very good condition
The service staff are very supportive... I had my engine breakdown near Hassan and had towed my bike to a nearby hotel in hassan... The showroom guys came to my hotel, picked the bike and took it to the showroom and got the engine borekit from another Service center within few hours and got my bike fixed within a day, which usually takes 3 days for Engine work... The mechanic Irfan bhai is very helpful and supportive and works very good on your bike issues.... Thanks a lot Hassan Suzuki Nischay motors for the timely help....
They won't respond in time. But some how they'll let u know offers u get through online booking. But they won't provide u any offers or discounts. And they take much time to process. Services is not at all good. Wat ever the problem u state they say it as common and not a problem at all. And least bothered about ur complaints. They just do water wash and oil change and nothing apart. Am updating this review after 3service of my suzuki access!
