Downtown location, accessibility is the plus point. Rooms are good and hygeinic. Staff needs training. 4 am checked in and checked out at 11 pm same day. Paid 1 1/2 day rental for 21 hrs stay.. Still the reception staff started calling me from 9.30 pm to vacate the room as they said hotel is sold out ,while rooms are available online.
Rest assured, you will not get the room even after 12noon (check-in time that's mentioned by the hotel). Utter chaos and mismanagement of reservations. I had called a day earlier stating that I will be at the hotel for checkin at 13:00 and I also got a call from the hotel to confirm my arrival but on arrival I was told that my room was assigned to an unconfirmed guest and I had to wait for a late checkout guest to get the room. Not a good experience on arrival, I was made to feel like I came here asking for free or cheap accommodation though I had made all the payment on arrival as requested by reservation desk.
I had a great stay at Hasco. It's walking distance from the Palakkad railway station and the room and the hotel was impeccably clean. Definitely staying here when I'm in Palakkad the next time.
Location of the hotel was very good. Rooms were clean. Receptionist was very friendly and the check in experience was really good.
Had a very comfortable stay,The hilite is Just 200 meter away from railway station, staffs are so friendly and good at their duties. Brake fast was delicious , all amenities are good. Highly recommend

This is quiet little business hotel in the best location of Palakkad with Kalpathy access. On the main road, you need to take a slight deviation to find the parking. There is a coffee shop & restaurant next to the hotel. Rooms are of standard size and very comfortable.
I think this is the best rooms in olavakkode region..... But getting in to the hotel from road by car is a bit challenging. Even though it is great option.
