I had a wonderful experience at Hasanadka Wellness Center. The doctor's guidance in yoga,pranayam and meditation was fantastic. They made me feel comfortable and the sessions left me feeling refreshed and more centered. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to improve their well-being.

It is an Excellent naturopathy & well ness Center in the middle of the nature sorrounded by lush green western ghats with heart touching treatment from both Dr Shashidhar & Dr Anupama both have Excellent knowledge on individual tailor made methods whether body Detoxic or weight reduction & anyone wants to regain health & vitality there is no other place to match I once again thanks both the Doctors for there relentless service offered in the field of well being of one & all.

This is an amazing place for healing.... My skin after the mud bath and massage treatments felt so good... nourished and soft. After even a couple of days of treatment I felt much lighter in my body... Both Dr Shashi and Dr Anupama are so kind and caring, highly intuitive and full of knowledge they are happy to share. It's a simple humble place with healing energies and I felt I was being looked after by family at their centre. Thank you both

I know the doctors in Hasanadka wellness center from long time. They are professional and friendly, I love their passion for health, wellness and relaxed demeanor. They listen to all your concerns and explain everything to you without rushing the appointment like majority of other doctors offices do. Through yoga and meditation they gently help you to come out of the problem and actually provide tools to carry on for the rest of your life. Highly recommend.

Visited Wellness center to treat my Neck Pain. I stayed there for 10 days. Dr. Shashi and Dr. Anupama had treated me with great care. Good treatment with Affordable price. This place is situated in the middle of the nature with scenic Beauty. Highly recommended for people who want to know about Yoga, Acupuncture and meditation.

A great place to learn yoga and meditation. I stayed here for 7 days and found it very useful mentally and physically. Yoga and meditation are 1:1 sessions, so each person is given all the attention as needed. Therapies will help you with the journey of getting better inside and out. Dr. Shahshidhar is a naturopathic doctor and also yoga and meditation teacher. He will listen to you patiently and guide. Dr. Anupama is an ayurvedic doctor who helps you with diet and therapies. Both are models of living a healthy lifestyle. I had so much to learn from both of them. The wellness center itself is surrounded by trees and chirping birds and helps you heal. Each day was a new, pleasant and peaceful experience. Rooms are very clean and neatly equipped. Thank you Dr Shashidhar and Dr Anupama for helping me. Looking forward to visiting again.
