I recently had an experience at Harshitha Neoway Hospitals Private Ltd in Madurai, and I must say that the level of service provided by the doctors and the support staff was excellent. Here are my observations: I visited the hospital due to a fever, and I was feeling extremely weak to the point of fainting. The staff immediately took me to the Emergency Room and provided me with the necessary care and attention. They monitored my condition for about two hours and ensured that I received the required treatment. By the end of my time at the hospital, I was able to walk on my own, thanks to their prompt and efficient care. One of the advantages of choosing a hospital like Harshitha Neoway is that they have the necessary facilities and resources to handle emergency situations. Unlike small clinics, where waiting times can be unpredictable, the hospital was well-equipped to address my urgent needs without unnecessary hassles. However, one slight disadvantage I encountered was the billing process for the consumed items in the Emergency Room. I had to personally handle the billing and hand over the receipts, which added an extra step to the overall process. It would have been more convenient if these charges could have been seamlessly added to the total bill. Despite this minor inconvenience, I was highly impressed with the overall level of service and care provided by the hospital staff. The doctors and support staff were attentive, professional, and responsive to my needs. They made me feel comfortable and ensured that I received the necessary treatment to recover from my illness.

Please donot go to the hospital at any case. They are very much money minded particularly the MD of the hospital. I don't know how they completed thier doctorate in medicals as we all are thinking doctors as god. Because they don't know how to treat patients and how to talk to patients also. I admitted my father for heart surgery but because of the MD's worst talk, my father was very much hurted. They collected around 30000 rup for one day when we said we are not going to get the operation done here. And both MD and hospital management said we will not accept govt schemes in our hospital, they will run the hospital in tamilnadu with govt approval but they will not accept the schemes. What a heartless management. Please be aware of the hospital dear people.

Very excellent service, Cancer operation also done by here. Patients relaxation and waiting area is good. Room beds and toilets are good.. Emergency and very poor people medical helpline available at 24/7. Full body checkup & scans very low cost.

My grandpa got his pacemaker fixed here by Dr. Raja. Doctor was kind and informative in his actions, which helped us to be confident and built a mutual trust. This place is highly recommended.

One of the best Hospital in Madurai and all over Tamilnadu the patients are coming here to cure and they have multiple speciality doctors(Providers) and they are so kind hearted to render the services and in this hospital they also having contract with major Health Insurance companies and also with US Healthcare's and they have HELICOPTER services to travel patients from one place to another.

ALL THE FOUR AND FIVE STAR REVIEWS GIVEN HERE ARE GIVEN BY THE OWNER'S/DOCTORS ACQUITTANCES AND SOME ARE PAID. BEWARE OF THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY/YOUR HEALTH. ALL THE DOCTORS HERE ARE MONEY MINDED, THEY OPERATE AND DO SURGERY EVEN AFTER KNOWING THE PATIENT WOULD DIE/PRONE TO SEVERE HEALTH ISSUES. I URGE YOU NOT TO ADMIT IN THIS HOSPITAL EVEN FOR A SMALL PROBLEM, YOU WILL BE ADMITTED AND LOOTED THEN THEY MAKE SURE YOU VISIT THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN UNTIL YOUR CASE BECOMES SEVERE. DO NOT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL AT ANY CASE

Had fever and went for consultation. While makg a payment they said only cash no gpay or card. Late eve in fever went atm city side n came to mak paymnt. Same again after 10days I went for consultation due dehydration same process only cash paymnt. Such a big hosp with no latest mode of paymnt. I made a feedback complaint also stil no reply. Worst experience.

All staff members from Doctors to nurses and sanitary workers were very helpful, polite and taking personal care. I really appreciate them.
