WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! They have managed their Google reviews. Don't let it fool you. Booked a cab from Vrindavan to Agra. At the time of pick up, no one showed up and after repeated calling and pleading, THEY SENT A PUNCHURED OLD CAR. We had to leave the car and ask for lift in the highway and ended up missing our train from Agra because of the carelessness of these people. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

It was pathetic experience...Driver(Dhiraj) doesnt know anything. He always stopped car 2km away from parking and asked us to go by e rickshaw. He stopped car on highway and demanded full payment. We could not visit Govardhan due to his arrogance and time killing skills.

They are not trustworthy, first they say 2500-/ and after completing they charge 3000-/

Excellent service. We went with family for a spiritual trip. So called for the cab for govardhan, nanand gaon, bharsana, and near by places to visit. Dharamveer ji was sent by the company. On first appearance, his elegant fresh soul SMILE took our heart. He helped us by berifing things to do Or not to in those temples. The spiritual talk with him as he use to take many saints in his cab for temples ride was fantastic. So the taxi service is highly recommended specially Dharamveer ji if you're travelling with your love ones and looking for a decent and pleasant person to accompany you on the trip. We surely made a bond with Dharamveer singh ji By Divine Neem Karoli Maharaj ji Grace & by Thakur ji and Radhe Rani ji grace too. We wish the company and Dharamveer ji all success ahead. Extremely expensive. Twice the price of ola. Better go via private taxi. Need to be have patience and keep on waiting for ola. Better wait for ola then to pay twice to these guys and encourage them. Same is the case when traveling from station. UP government should look into this matter.

Had a very bad experience with Harshita travel agency. Had booked in advance for a car for 4 days for pickup from Delhi travel to Jatipura and Vrindavan and back. Eventhough I was promised hassle free experience, it was worst experience in recent times. Faced following issue 1. Pickup from airport was delayed by over 2 hours. Driver Number was shared by agency day earlier. On contacting him was informed that he was in Agra and not Delhi. Then has series of different number exchanges and finally a car came. Though the agent said his cars were stuck due to BS3 and BS4 restrictions, it does not seem to be accurate. Notification was issued on Nov 24 and pickup was on Nov 27. From my experience he was just coordinating to get a Vrindavan/Mathura Vehicle looking to return. 2. Though had booked car for 4 days, the cab dropped by parents in Jatipura and left. 3. Had previously informed that we would be staying in Vrindavan and would be needing car there. Then my parents got a call stating that we cannot use vehicle in Vrindavan. What was the point of then holding and paying daily charges for 2 days? Still do not understand. Since we had only paid token advance, we got to use with constant haggling. 4. While booking itself, we had informed that we would need to go to Delhi airport by evening. We started early so that we could go to mall near by airport. But again the driver started complaining that if we go to mall then it would be extra. My package was booked with pickup from airport 27th and drop to Airport on 30th. But again got a new driver on 30th. Who was horrible. He continuous chewed on tobacco and kept opening window and door for spitting. Talking rudely. 5. Though the agency claims it was his vehicle, he started complaining as to why did we give the driver Rs. 1000 for fuel. Instead of questioning the driver. In conclusion, went by google reviews to book through this agency for the first time. But had a very very bad experience. Would advice people to stay away from them for multi day. Even if you book point to point, you never know they will complain if you stop the vehicle for food or toilet break. From what we experienced, They are broker between vehicles going to Delhi from Vrindavan and vice versa. They don't use their own vehicles. So you will always have trouble.
