Dear Harshini Hospitals Management, I wanted to share my recent experience during my stay at Harshini Hospitals in Madurai. While there were some positive aspects, there were also areas where improvements are needed. Dr. Rajinikanth ENT - A True Expert: I must commend Dr. Rajinikanth, the ENT surgeon at Harshini Hospitals. His expertise is truly remarkable, and he is undoubtedly one of the best ENT surgeons in Madurai. He provided a thorough and accurate diagnosis, explaining the treatment plan clearly, which greatly reassured me during a challenging time. Excellent Room and Facility Standards: The hospital's rooms and facilities are top-notch. They are not only well-equipped but also exceptionally clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable and reassuring environment for patients. Dedicated Cleaning Staff: I was particularly impressed by the hospital's cleaning staff. Their dedication to maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility is commendable. The hospital premises are consistently spotless, and their hard work did not go unnoticed. Room for Improvement with Ward Nurse Assistants: Unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience with the ward nurse assistants. Their level of care seemed to be inconsistent. For instance, when I needed assistance with a minor issue, such as a bleeding hand after the removal of a venflon, they appeared rather indifferent. Despite repeated requests for a simple band-aid, it took multiple reminders and a direct approach to get the issue resolved. Billing Department Delays: My experience with the billing department left much to be desired. Although we informed them of our need for the billing copy post-discharge, there was a significant delay in processing our request. We ended up waiting for almost 3 to 4 hours, which was inconvenient and frustrating. Overall Satisfactory Treatment: In addition to the aforementioned points, it's important to note that, aside from these issues, I was satisfied with the medical treatment I received at Harshini Hospitals. The quality of medical care provided by the doctors and medical staff was reassuring. I share this feedback with the intention of highlighting areas that could be improved upon, as well as acknowledging the positive aspects of my experience.
