We had booked 21 seater vehicle for 2 days while booking they showed new vehicle photos and promised same vehicle, but they sent some old vehicle with no proper seat push back facility, not comfortable at all and not a good condition vehicle. We missed few places due to delay. I explained same to owner, and he has given Rs.1000 discount at the end which is not required at all. I did some enquire about this agency and found that this agency doesn't have many vehicles they sent some local party owned vehicles. I would suggest better avoiding this travel agency as they don't keep up their words.

Hi all, Never use this travel it's such a waste of money, worst service and owner and driver was very rude. Bus had issue with while going break was not proper and escalator was handled by hand for 100km. Below is the entire situation. Hired 21 Seater for travelling from Bangalore to melmaruvathur. Bus did not have number plate when asked driver he told it was painted and later told he will get it done in 2min on the way. We asked for bus at 5 am. But started at 6am as we had baby, kids and elderly people. While going Driver stoped the bus in krishnagiri to purchase fasttag for 15min and later took the bus to a mechanic shop near by and told he is adjusting break and took 1 hour plus and put number plate took half an hour's and when asked him is the bus all right he did not respond anything and was rude telling he will leave us at melmaruvathur shut and sit. I kept quite as my entire family was there driver was driving bus little slow and we did not know the reason. We stopped for rest room near pallikonda and tea for 45 min. Later we stopped at arcot near a temple for lunch and driver started to repair the escalator telling it's jammed and he was repairing it for 1.45 hrs and later he had cut the escalator and was giving the escalator by hand directly from engine. Which was very risky for entire travel and we was in danger but we could not talk to him as he was very rude and could not complain to the owner as he was also rude. He got as reached to temple at 7:30 and temple was closed by that time. When told the owner he started shouting at us telling its ur problem u booked bus only for a day and u don't see god it's not my problem and told to come back. But we clearly told we can't return the next day morning as we have to see god and than return. By the time drive took the bus to some near by place found a mechanic and got it alright by 10pm. We had to take room make elderly people stay without the tablets as all the tablets was in bag and kept in vehicle. Later we were calling the driver to take our bag he is telling come near parking which was 3km but when we went searching in the parking he was not there and when called him from there he told he is garage and asked him when he wil come he was like I am in parking and he was playing telling where he was not exactly. He came by 11pm from garage and we had to run behind the bus to stop him for 1km as we were calling and he was not picking the call.But he starter giving tortured by calling at 12 asking to settle him all the money. We requested him saying I'll pay u morning he was not listening. Some howe I made my mother to speak and made him convinced. We felt as though he is going to take our money and Leave us without dropping us back to Bangalore. Some how we begged and convinced the owner later. Morning after seeing Darshanam we are calling the driver for pick up he is telling to come to some other place for pick up.I went by auto searching had to take the bus from there and get him to pick my entire family. But was alright while travelling back but the owner told the driver to stop in krishnagiri and get the full payment before reaching Bangalore if not he will not move the bus in krishnagiri. When I request the owner to drop in Bangalore we will pay u the entire money he started to talk in bad word and abused us badly. The driver blackmailed telling us I will go do accident voluntarily and tel break failure what you will do and scared us. We had to get down the bus and local people gathered in krishnagiri was trying to convince the driver to make him understand and police had come and we settled the bus fully 31200 as we don't want to get into the bus as driver told he will do accident voluntarily. We had to arrange other transport and come from krishnagiri as my uncle is a lawyer he are going to give a legal complain in Bangalore and hoskote and take it legally as I have all the proof of photos,videos all evidence. Hope I get justices and this should not happen to anyone else. Don't blindly reply as fraud. Don't do fraud business.

Very bad owner and very bad service from driver. Had a worst experience with this travel agency. They promised they will give us a good vehicle but they gave us a vehicle which was from garage which had break failure and as well clutch issues. Driver and owner was only with the intension to collect money from us. Driver took the entire travel holding the clutch wire in one hand & drive in the other hand. Driver dropped us in the middle of the road with all the children & elderly people & started demanding money if not he will not move the vehicle. Also started to threaten saying all your 18 to 19 people's life is in my hands. Luckily police came for our rescue and the public from Tamil Nadu. BAD SERVICE. DONT TRUST THIS AGENCY.

Bad service. Rude and irresponsible driver. Dropped all the passengers in the mid of the destination. We had to reach by our own. Old bus , risky and frustrating travel. Not recommended to choose this travel agency

We had booked a bus for 33 seater for shivmogga as it was my brother engagement, while taking booking they showed a new bus which was 2 months old and told they will send that bus only, has I had told him dat we want a good new bus because all the passengers were aged people. They sent a old bus in which there was just 31 seats and the bus was leaking from the top as it was raining. And though informing prior that we want audio and video system. It was also not there. Please if u want to make your trip memorable don't book them, they are cheaters. They show a vehicle which is good in looking but send a old vehicle. This was our first ever long journey with family and they made it worst in the begining itself, very very disappointing seriously. Don't book them if they send a vehicle for free also. Very disappointing.

We had booked the cab for Gokarna on April 30. There were around 30 people in the bus including small children. The seat was horrible. The push back doesn't work properly. The bus broke down in the middle of our journey. We were going for an engagement. The driver was not at all responsive. We reached the destination very late. It was the worst experience in my life with this travels. While coming back driver stopped at many places to sleep. It was the responsibility of the travel agency to arrange another driver if one of the driver can not drive in the night. I never suggest this travel agency if anyone plan for long trip.
