Worst experience with the recent purchase! They make customers fool had purchased a washing machine with price 1000 Rs extra then market price just because of the Harsha brand loyalty. Was waiting for delivery and received a display piece with stains whereas it was cleared and told that box piece will be delivered before purchasing also they don't inform before sending the display piece i had looked carefully before purchasing the display piece so could identify the machine was same display piece which was seen before purchasing later when i denied the delivery and asked for it they accepted that display piece was sent as they dint had box piece in stock. This experience has lost all the trust with the Harsha brand.
This showroom don't deserve even 1 star rating i will give 0 only. One of worst showroom in south india states. They just sell defective products and make people fool. We have purchased washing machine from this outlet and they came to show demo after one year of purchasing. After that we came to knew that it's defective product. So called many times to these people but they don't respond to any calls and don't bother about customers. the customer service representatives are pathetic and rude. So i request all Belgaum people as well other people from the state don't purchase anything from here.
