Harrison's Hotel provided an amazing experience to me and my family. We had my engagement ceremony there. The staff and the management of the venue were very helpful and polite. They provided a very memorable experience.
Hotel is pretty good and it is located Center of city. Rooms are pretty good. You have very good veg and non veg restaurants. If you like to try good food then best place to go for. Mutton briyani best in class and also you have bar setup.
You also have very good car parking facility.
Nice hotel. Though it's an old property but the maintenance is good. The staff was super helpful. Breakfast was nice and had South Indian, Indian and English dishes. The rooms were spacious and cozy.
Tulsi restaurant breakfast combo, Podi idli, Sambar Vada, Curd Vada, Tulsi special masala dosa, Rava dosa, Poori potato masala and ginger tea was good.
Coffee flavour n taste is not nice and needs to be improved... Table service should be improved.
I went for a function in fourth floor.
The hall had very limited space and no enough place for dining.

Quality is gone pathetic hav been regular visitoe for more than decad but here after will think twice before visiting soup served crockery was broken egg was burnt for egg fried rice
Hotel charging Rs.50 for water bottle but MRP is Rs.20....This is not the right thing to do....
One day the AC is not working....One complete night we are unable to sleep well...The next day only the issue is fixed...

We were guests and room was booked by my brother. We were checked out one day in advance eventhough booking was for 2 nights.
The hotel didnt inform us on the availability of the room. And were not reallocated the rooms when we checked again.
This is purely system issue and we hope management will take suitable action on the same. Rooms were very nice.
