Had a good experience at the service centre. Service advisor Vipin was acomodative and got the work done in minimum time. Standout quality was that they did not insist on getting the non mandatory value added services done. This helped keep the total service cost low. Would recommend everyone to visit the service centre instead of going to outside garages.

I strongly recommend this service center. I have my eco-sports and this was my 2nd servicing. Car cleaning done by them is superb. Also tuned the car perfectly. Customer desk executive are sweet in nature and co-operative. They offers you welcome tea/coffey. Also they have good customer lounge. They are providing pickup and drop option for cars for servicing. You just need to inform them 1 day prior and they will schedule the pickup for next day.. Also, if you don't want to wait there during servicing, they are providing dropping option to nearest Metro station like Kausambi or Anand Vihar. So my overall experience was good and I recommend them. You will surely enjoy and can get good car servicing by them.

Very bad experience today itself we are customer since 7 years but this time services were not satisfactory.

Very bad experience supervisor is sending car back without even checking the faults. Its been more 45 days now and the complaint is not being resolved. Supervisors are not even receiving calls and my vehicle is parked in service center. Very bad customer experience.

Excellent place for car service.. staff is very polite and helpful and they have good knowledge of cars....aleem Ahmad is very helpful and coperative guy..

The service provided was very satisfactory and everything was made clear about the issues in the car, the 3M people were also very professional in cleaning & polishing the car. The Guest Lounge gave me the best experience, the complentary lunch and service given was very impressive.

Don't go in this workshop for any work they will create many problems in your car and than make bill higher side as much as they can Ford company already move from india and due to there bad services
