There were multiple problems in the hotel
1. booked two suite rooms which had lizards in it to start with. Secondly, no hot water services in washroom in the month of December.thirdly, the paint on the walls was chipped.
2. Pathetic room service. The food staff were extremely rude and unprofessional.
3. During the breakfast hour some other event was going on in the dining room thus we were told to provide room service which again was not professional for 4 people they could not serve the adequate quantity and upon reorder their reply was "abhi toh bhja tha"
4. Also food room service they make you sign after every order we had ordered dinner and the staff was so impatient to make us sign in between the dinner that i was compelled to sign it from left hand. Not that we don't understand and respect the procedure but the due procedure could have been done after the dinner was done.
The most important thing is i have communicated all the above issues to the front desk staff and manager respectively yet no response from the GM of the hotel regarding the mismanagement and mistakes from their end.
Bad: Calling it resort is misleading. It does not have any amenities like swimming pool, gym, kids play area, etc.
Pool and slides shows in photos of this resort are not included in the package. That water park is separate business with separate fees and entrance and all.
Good: Very clean, well organized and well maintained property. Well behaved and trained staff. Very good food. Spacious rooms.

The location of the resort is suburbs of kota, easy to navigate, got plenty of parking space for vehicles.

Many services like valet parking, luggage placing are missing, in summer its too hot to eat on the deck/outside dining even in night so i would avoid hosting party there.
Family centric but you can enjoy with your friends too as there is a in-house bar.
