Haritma Tourist Complex - Hotel in New Delhi, Delhi - South West, India

I stayed here during a wedding nearby. On first glance, the resort looks great. The concept is amazing and is a breath of fresh air from the surroundings. Plus it has options for adventure sports also. But once you enter you realise that the hospitality and service is lacking in every aspect. The hygiene standards are poor and so is the room service. There were dead insects on the floor of my room and on the bed. The bed sheets and floor were dusty as if the room had not been cleaned for days. All in all, not recommended at all!

Absolutely pathetic services. The staff just couldn't care less for the guests. Wheelchair accessible to resort but has no wheelchair to assist. Very lousy buffet with hardly anything to look forward to. Half cooked chicken was what they served for lunch and dinner. A kid Forgot a personal belonging to when called to check if they have it... the staff immediately denied after services. Zero consideration for adults and kids. Value your money and never go there!!!

Food: Lunch and Dinner good. Buffet may take time to set up. Rooms: Clean and spacious. Need to check for mosquitos. Swimming pool timing is 8 am to 5 pm so practically cannot use it. Campus is green and a get away from city.

It is an average place to visit and stay. There is nothing that would attract you to visit this place again. I believe any venue can be made lively by the staff working there but the staff at Haritma lacks warmth towards guest. Ofcourse they are extremely short staffed and a thrifty on everything at the resort from giving Water bottles to tissues. The chef's indian cuisine is good but Chinese cuisine is Tasteless. The rooms are spacious and cozy but room number 102 has dampness.beware. Room 104 lock is not in a good condition. If you have not been here , chill, you have not missed anything / For a night stay it is okay but no activities provided by the staff to create any experience for the clients.

Property is good but the staff makes the entirw experience cringy. Rude and careless staff. Food is way below avg. Pls dont fall for the trap of all meals inclusive stay.

This was surely the worst experience of my life. Elaborating on my experience, when I first saw the place, it looked serene, but soon when I came to know about their services, I was struck with some harsh truth; this place is among the worst. They couldn't even provide water on time and talking about rooms, first they failed to proviide us rooms on time. Our entire group waitted in two rooms and then, their rooms have some weird kind of smell like the doors are just painted. It would hurt your eyes the first time you enter any of their rooms. The swimming pool was nice but the staff was very weird. Had some absurd rules. Bottom line - if you are looking for a place to spend your time out, then you can visit here but if you are lookking to enjoy your time out, then don't even consider this place. You will curse yourself.

Very poor service, rude receptionist. There were no people to receive luggage. Rooms were delivered at 5 PM instead of 2 PM(Checkin time). Delayed preordered snacks and deliverables. Don't waste time and money here. Promises were not delivered as per the package. No arrangements for mosquito repellents for outside gathering, couldn't sit outside for 2 minutes after 5 PM. What is the benefit of having a green ambience if we can't sit and enjoy there in the evening/night hours? I could have written more but I guess this should suffice the real feedback.

Wonderful experience, the staff was so friendly and the rooms were spacious and well maintained. All basic amenities were provided and by far it was a beautiful property
