The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is also clean. They keep soap and shampoo sachets. Hot water facilities are also there 24/7. The swimming pool is good. Nice play area for children. Cleanliness is maintained. But coming to the food we need to order food for dinner in the morning. Otherwise we don't get at least curd. The menu card is a waste piece of card. Sometimes they might say that there is no food. Better have some packed food with you. But they stick the paper everywhere saying "no outside food is allowed". They say that there is room service but they won't even answer the call. Everything in the resort is so clean except this food court. Very ugly. We reached there in the afternoon by the time everyone was having lunch. When we again went there in the evening the place was still unclean. We had coffee outside. The shocking thing is that the food court floor was unclean until we checked out the next day afternoon.

It was a worst experience we had here. Food was full spicy no taste at all. Only very limited food options. Most of the menu items won't be available. Service wise too bad. Seating wise too bad. Neatness is worst. Toilets were under maintenance. They didn't provide alternative options for the washrooms which are very much needed for the women. Very neglect employees. Better to avoid visiting this and go for more Private restaurants where we can find better food options and good ambiance too. Telangana government needs to take care of Tourism and Hospitality.

A perfect example of how one can screw a nicely spacious resort in a worst condition. Very poorly maintained by the staff. A big joke in the name of restaurant with so called food menu but royally charged for food. Even a street vendor food option and quality would be much better. Will never recommend anyone to try food. Though property is spacious and scenic views. Good for halt and spend time but better to carry own food or try somewhere else.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the breakfast service I experienced during my recent stay at your establishment. I must say that my expectations were far from met, and I feel compelled to provide this feedback in hopes that improvements can be made. What was perhaps even more disappointing was the lack of service at the breakfast area. The staff appeared disinterested and unmotivated. It is my sincere hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to enhance the overall guest experience at your hotel. I believe that improvements in these areas would greatly contribute to restoring your reputation and ensuring the satisfaction of your patrons.

There was nothing going on over there, they stopped setting up camp fire and had lame excuses for having stopped it. Rooms with only separate beds were available. Bathrooms were not so great. There was nothing entertaining in that resort

Lots to be desired. No contact telephone service from room to reception. The room is not good. The washroom slightly better with hot water available 24 hrs. Still lot to improve.

Not at all worth of money they charge. Total waste no cleanliness, no proper response, given phone numbers never works. Food is average. Everything is just for name shake like Gym and recreation room where you will find toilet sheets. Swimming pool very bad which will invite other problems if you use it. Too dirty.

We stayed at the property on 29-30 June 2023, room 105, 106 and 102. Cleanliness of rooms was not great but just OK. No towels were provided. Mini fridge was non functional. Blankets were stinking with suspicious marks all over. Standard of linen was poor. Exhaust was non functional. Hygiene and Cleanliness of the restaurant was atrocious. Even pigs live in better conditions. Lastly, the gift we got from the resort was a Scorpion in the room in the evening. God save TSTDC.
