They will not provide any facilities other than the room, including basic things like bath towels, soaps, toothpaste, etc., you need to carry all your requirements. And the fans may fall on you, be careful. Good luck.
Though this place belongs to Telangana tourism, the staff here is only for house keeping, Maintenance etc. The top management of TTDC does not play much role in running this establishment 3 or 4 mostly uneducated staff is running the show, and are pretty helpless due to neglect of the TTDC management towards their needs and complaints. This can be seen in poor condition of rooms, doors and windows not closing properly, a restaurant is available, which will cook food on prior order only. as except for Navratri there are hardly any visitors. I do not have any complaint against the staff, they are doing their best possible.
Worst maintenance. Water in washbasin not working. No cleanliness. No food. Very old construction. No renewal. Non AC rooms are even worst.
Been here today, took a so called AC room there and they comfortably forgot to let us know that they didn't pay Electricity Bill. So with AC room which we took which was supposed to be double bed we got single bed and no power throughout the stay. Ate food in dark, and had bad time.
The rooms are a little old and do not look good. The price is very high. The only positive thing is that we can enter the temple from the back gate. Which is in front of this hotel.
Worst service. Requesting pilgrims who are planning to visit basara temple don't book rooms in haritha hotel, basara. No person available and random powercut goes.
Hotel is okay. But food served is very bad. In lunch they served cauliflower curry which had a insect. Dal was watery and tasted like some preserved dal heated again and repurposed. Frayoms were fried in overly used oil.
It's very worst experience, don't stay here,rooms are worst, insects in night's, service also not good, prices are high, there is no proper maintenance for rooms,fans will sound,ac,you can see insects in rooms&restroom.

It Is a Famous Temple located in Telangana State. Aksharabhysam Pooja is done within 10 minutes. When entering the temple you have to wait for the Que Line, 30 mins to 1hr.
