Location wise it's one of the best Resort in Araku Valley. But the management needs to take care of the Rooms & the Resort in a positive manner. Great views everywhere surrounding the property. Huge area and complete peace of mind for all age groups. Food options need to be improved and proper care needs to be taken for all the guests. Overall liked the place for a short trip Note : Lift service is not available so for Old age people it can be an issue..
On arrival, the manager himself said, why did you book these rooms, these are not good. So shocking. Pillow covers were super dirty. It was a herculean task to get them changed. Poor service by Aptdc. Breakfast was good.
Location of the resort is very good walkable distance to Coffee and Tribal Museum, but they are not maintaining good standards. There is no lift if you get a room on 3/4 floor it would be terrible.
The coffee museum is nearby. Location of the resort is good. Approach road to the resort is also good. The rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. The rooms are not well maintained, yes the rooms are affordable but what's the point in staying in a low priced not so well maintained room. Television in the rooms were not working. Even reported to the staff but no support from them. Extra pillow were not there. The kitchen has limited options, if you order for 1 tea or 1 soup, then the kitchen staff will decline. No tea or coffee after 7 pm. No food available after 4 pm, as they clean the kitchen. Please ask for room on 1st floor, no lifts available for senior citizens, so be careful if you get higher level floors. Disorganised kitchen and you need to wait with coupon for breakfast in a long queue. AP tourism need to do a lot of work to make sure guests return happy and don't write such reviews.
A very well maintained resort by aptdc. Room costs starting from Rs 1300/-.. a very good deal to go when you book in advance. Food cost is reasonable and taste is preferably good. You can get safe and secure and enjoy the morning walk around the resort. Spacious for car opening. Very close to the bus depot.
As temperatures are normal(cool), my friends suggested to book Non-AC. But Non AC room maintenance is worst. Normal cleaning was done, but room is full of dust smell. Varandas found cleaned. Room service is poor. Lift is not available. Better prefer the 1st floor. 1Ltr water bottles -2 , 1 towel(returnable) was given at the time of check in. Geyser is available for Hot water. Bathroom is poor. Food is good, but higher in prices. Hotel gardening is good for taking photos.
Worst maintenance ever. It's very dirty everywhere. Staff service is very poor. There are no elevators. TV does not work. AC looks like it is from 1970's. Bed is very uncomfortable. No extra pillows. No pest control whatsoever. Neatness 0%. Food was fine.
Damm bad experience. In very simple words do not waste money booking Heritage Mayuri. Think for something else may be costly but it will be fine atleast. Staff treat you like mercy on you. Till the time you shout or raise voice, you won't get anything other than multiple reasons for not providing services. Entered in hotel No towels. After we asked, they provided only one towel per room. Crazy or what. When you book a hotel will anyone carry towels? We booked 2 rooms, 4 Adults and 2 kids and we got 2 towels. This was awesome. Rooms not cleaned Cupboard very dusty Reception staff avoids you answering your questions and keeps walking away from you. Restaurant food is good, but service is poor. staff over there, Oh oh oh . We simply asked to clean the table and tea on the chair, that staff started shouting at us, which had taken away my patience. No intercom. My room was on 3rd floor. Mobile number is given but many times they do not pickup Morning tea you won't get before 7am I was trying since 6.15 am and gave almost 4 to 5 calls. No response. 6.50 am I called no reply. Suddenly got shocked when I spoke at 7.02am they said they have only 5 flasks for tea and those are already gone in rooms. How come they made tea in 2 minutes and tea delivered also. Amazing service. Finally I came down from 3rd floor and asked again voice raised and they said ok, we will provide in few minutes. Surprise is, really tea came in 10 minutes. How ? While booking no info for extra mattress and you need to pay. Why can't it give proper info while booking on-line. Paying is not a problem but inform while booking or do not allow bookings. This is a broad picture of my experience at Haritha Heritage (Mayuri) Resorts Local travel is too costly. Think before you book this Mayuri resort. Also Authorities should look into this seriously.

Great hotel it is . The behaviour of the staff is seriously good. It's located beside the main road so you can get transport easily outside of the hotel. The food is also good.
