Highly unprofessional..pathetic customer service with extremely rude owner. Will never recommend - especially diamond. Never buy from this shop. While purchasing they will tell you good good things but if you go to them for buyback of your diamonds they will give you only 1/3 value (even less). And when you ask the reason for the price difference, they will be rude and abusive. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE - NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP.
