I was here for 2 nights, very close by bus stand just 2mins walk, temples, bike rentals, restaurants are very nearby location. The lady owner is very polite, helpful & cheerful person, treats very well. Cleanliness: 5 Location: 5 Room: 4 (just needs more light, ventilation as too much humid)

We stayed here for 2 days during my trip to Gokarna. We booked our accommodations through Goibibo. Its actually a homestay where the owners reside on the ground floor and the first floor is meant for accommodating the guests. Food is not provided by them. It is situated very near to Gokarna Bus stand. Their Hospitality was amazing. The house owner Anuradha aunty was very courteous and sweet. She made all the arrangements in our room much before our visit. Blankets were provided for all of us along with bath towels. All were neatly washed before. Internet connectivity is availablle. Additioanlly, they provided a WiFibooster to get stronger signals in our room. We were also allowed to park our rented scooter inside their premises. She is well versed in Kannada and Hindi. She is familiar with the nearby attractions and provided us with recommendations in advance of our trip, which simplified our travel arrangements. Additionally, they provided drinking water facility On the first floor, there are 4 rooms available for guest accommodations. As soon as you enter the first floor, there is a common room with a few chairs. If you enjoy reading, they have some books in the common area that you can use when you have free time. The room was clean and neatly kept. They provided an additional pedestal fan. The room was spacious enough for accommodating 3 guests. There was one queen size bed with an additional single cot bed. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. Hot water facility was available throughout the day and night as they have installed Solar panel. We paid Rs 3405 for two days of our stay through Goibibo. We personally had a great time staying here and were very pleased with their hospitality. We would like to recommend this spot to any family or group of friends who are planning to visit Gokarna.
Very neat and clean. Caretaker Lady personally helps the guests. For those who do not require fancy amenities, this is the best place. Very safe also. I will recommend this to all.
It's a home stay. Small room with attached bathroom. Not much space even to keep luggage. Close to Govt. Bus station. No food service. Many proper hotels around, so better to try them. There are so many home stays and hotels in Gokarna. One can directly go without hotel booking.
