We organised a yoga session on worlds diabetes day at our office 'Piramal Pharma' and the session was led by Harika. Nearly 80 people attended the session. After the session almost everyone who attended the session felt relaxed, stress free and felt calmness and peace. Many of them gained interest and its benefits through this yoga session. Thanks to @Harikas yoga school and Harika for taking time leading the session.

I have joined Harikas yoga last month and within the 4 weeks they teached us many variations and poses. Harika and Meena were my instructors they were very patient and calm also took care of each and everyone. Within one month I could see changes in my body and also my menstrual cycle is regular now.
