I just came from Harihar hospital Kullu..i went there for my USG. But what I face was seriously pathetic.. FRONT OFFICE STAFF.. they even don't know how to talk .....one of them was Miss Bharti...even I had the words with one of the employee of harihar in morning too he said this time there is so many people so you better come in afternoon...and I was okay and he guided me well but when i reached at front desk just to my receipt..she was like AAGE AUR BHI PATIENT HAI YE MT SOCHNA AAPKA HI NO AAYEGA..I WAS SHOCKED..i didn't even said that to her still I was calm and I said ok ..nd moved on....and did my USG (staff at USG room was good and co operative) but the girl at front office was senseless ...i am not annoyed for Just myself..there were several patients some don't know how to complaint whom to complaint and all so they just suffers because mostly are villagers. no one came in Hospital for fun so if anyone is coming in hospital front office staff should know how to talk ... seriously management problems...do something otherwise people will run there are many hospitals out there
