well, let's start with the positives. 1. it has great ambiance, good view and good seating in open. 2. restaurant manager thakur is courteous. but that's all that is good about it 3.food here is not even average, it's garbage to say the least. We were served raw malai chap and uncooked mushrooms. 4. service is super slow. 5. even the cooked portions were had no taste. 6. no heating arrangements, you'll be frozen. and more
Great place and restaurant to eat. The outside setting is cosmic.. One falls in love.. Drinks are priced good. Food is good too. Lovely place to be with friends and kids. adequate parking is available.. Good place to be....
The property is great. Location and views are amazing with this hotel being a heritage one. However, the amenities are limited as in there is no pool or business room. They do have an excellent restaurant and a bar with a royal feel but that is all in amenities. The rooms are comfortable. Will definitely stay again if I visit as I generally don't use additional amenities.

Prompt and smooth service by the staff members as they understand our requirements very easily. 2. Great variety of food items across various cuisines in the menu. 3. We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday on 31st. The service was very poor as you have to wait for 30 to 40 mins for a dish being served and then you have to utter aloud excuse me 5 -6 times with hands waiving to draw attention of the staff. Then finally bill came and to our utter surprise they have added the items we haven't ordered and they have overcharged also in drinks. Poor service and unfair pricing. Just good location
Delicious food, good ambience, affordable prices but initially they didn't provide a place to sit in the open saying it was reserved, we waited inside for sometime but no-one came for those so called reserved tables then we approached again and we were given the table. We were there till very late evening and no guest came for those reserved tables that was a bit awkward
Rooms and services are moderate but the best part is the location...it's on the upper part of the bank of Tawi river which seems so beautiful at morning sunrise time for sure ....
