Worst experience ever had in an hotel . In the name of heritage hotel , they are just providing a flat in neighborhood society in worst condition. Mosquitoes everywhere old t.v. not working water supply too slow . Plz don't fall it by looking photos they are just looting people. Waste of money in the name of an heritage property..

The worst hotel in our travelling experience so far. Even a shady substandard hotel would provide a better service. "mahal" is only in the name. 1. In the name of palace they give 1 bedroom flat in the neighbouring society. That too in pathetic condition. 2. Bedsheets were torn and dirty. 3. No packaged water was provided. They refill plastic bottles and give. 4. Bucket was broken and had a big hole. 5. There are no wardrobes. 6. Some khatara old tv which doesn't work. 7. Mosquitoes all over the place. 8. Continuous sound of metro rail so can't sleep peacefully. 9. Even after calling the staff 100 times they are non attentive. The manager's attitude was as if we are homeless people living for free. No help with luggage or any other concerns. 10. Pathetic breakfast spread. Omelettes were made with the reused oil from frying. It had all burnt oil with smell of other items. In short it's better to live in a dharamshala than wasting your hard earned money on this place. This place should be shutdown for. Ot fulfilling basic needs.

Worst experience ever.. no proper room service.. sheets and blankets very dirty.. Food taste wise good but expensive as hell.. a bowl of khichdi costs 399rs.. staff not at all trained.. not at all child friendly.. photos are just for show, nothing is maintained here.. rooms smelling, dirty.. no fresh towels available.. just last thing, don't waste your money on this hotel..

Excellent place to stay ...Amazing service and staff is very welcoming..location it's in city but very peaceful. I recommend heritage room for stay.

Just one word for management NON CO-OPERATIVE By mistake I paid online amount in their account and I showed them proof still they denied that we have not received...after checking the proof they became RUDE and said we do not have your money do whatever you can...they I had a word with swiggy dineout and they checked everything after that they agreed and refund me within 5 min

It was a wonderful place to visit. We went to visit Rajasthan jaipur 1st time, it's was fantastic experience as the place was beautiful in views and service was also great, there was a complimentary breakfast too that was too delicious... You can visit with family too. I loved it

Nice place to visit! A very quite place with a beautiful garden. Loved the heritage feel. The staff is kind and supportive. Also recommended for family gatherings.
