my family member was admitted to the (ICU) under your care, and I feel compelled to address a distressing incident involving the nursing staff. While I understand the challenges and demands that healthcare professionals face, it is crucial that the highest standards of patient care and compassion are maintained. Unfortunately, during our stay in the ICU, we encountered behavior from some members of the nursing staff that was unprofessional and distressing. This included, but was not limited to, a lack of empathy, rudeness, and a failure to adequately address our concerns.

The patient who done surgery from this hospital and come to routine check up after two months . By mistake if they pay only for x Ray and don't pay OPD fee just 200 . Then the Doctor s humanity is this he doesn't check the patient and go away . The staff specially on reception are very bad illiterate . the helpers took the patient like a animal . Humanity and tolerance is zero . Need to much improve

My brother has got treatment who is burnt in an accident ..having 60% burnt .. I special thanks to Dr. Gurvinder Singh (orthopedics) and Dr. Gurinder Singh (plastic surgeon) are so nice and treatment has done very nicely ... Moreover, Staff is very cooperative . Excellent hospital and must visit who are in need.

Worst staff with way of handling customer. Specially insurance coordinators (Ashish supervisor has 0 sense to handle customer) team are very rude. They works like government hospital. PLEASE AVOID this hospital

One of the best doctor for knee replacement surgery. My mother was suffering from acute arthritis. She got operated for both knees and is fine. Got treatment of my son who is injured in an accident ..having fracture in leg and hand ..staff is cooperative and Dr gurvinder is so nice and treatment is doing very nicely ...good hospital and must visit who are in need
