Been having my lunch here everyday for the past four months. They have one of the best pure veg items and the veg thali which i eat everyday is just the best veg thali you will ever find in Guwahati, comparing the taste, quantity and price @70Rs. They provide multiple side dishes to the thali which adds more point.
Today I went to eat at this hotel and I had to wait there for an hour But still the food did not reach the table
My patience has broken..
I had to leave that hotel without eating.
I have never seen such ridiculous service in my life till date.
And I would like to tell all the residents of Ulubari not to go to the hotel.
And all the reviews are fake 4 star or 5star

Extremely unprofessional.
Waiters made us wait for 20 minutes and then asked inner staff to prepare my order.
They were themselves eating rice while they kept us waiting.
Waiters said they didnt want to turn on the ac and asked me to sit under the fan
Not well maintained. It is the only Veg restaurant so I think people are still coming. Need to wait lot of time after giving order.
Low management , low food quality, being regular customer it was not like before ..... This tym I had a worse experience
food was good,it was worth the price but they took almost 1:30 hour to serve it to me.
