The basic rooms are very basic but clean and comfortable. The more luxurious rooms are gorgeous but obviously come with a higher price tag. The location is superb, and the view from the rooftop terrace is excellent and gets the sun all through the day. The owner and staff are lovely and as helpful as they can be.

It was okay, not that clean and the hot water wasn't 24/7, it would be on for 2mins then turn cold. This wouldn't of bothered me until my partner posted a review on booking.com for 6/10 and the owner confronted us a annoyed and argued with us to change the rating. Otherwise, the location is great and the view from the restaurant is good.

Clean,hot water, very nice staff. Felt more like a homestay than a guest house, manu showed us to all the awesome local places we would never have found. And probably the best view from the roof! Really recommended place was great for a budget hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe Room which had hot water and AC. It was clean and comfortable within 7 mins of Clock Tower. Guest house in the middle of old town, short walk away from the fort. Rooms are ok, nothing special. There is a great hangout place on the roof with the best view of the fortress. Breakfast if available, but we went to the hostel next door, where a little bit slimy man arranged us camel safari and exchanged money with a good rate. Family is very nice. When wifi was not working, owner helped us with his hot spot.

Certainly don't eat here until they learn a thing about basic hygiene. The cutlery and glasses we were served were visibly filthy. How can you serve a glass to someone with what looks like mud splashed up the side? Mango shake was some watery concoction that wasn't drinkable. We only ordered pasta which would normally take 10-15 minutes to cook, took nearly an hour and was tasteless. Sounds harsh but after 4 months in India I was suprised I could be so shocked. Hopefully they'll up their game as they have a decent rooftop.

This is a really nice place to stay. Very close to the sights and a great view of the fort. The people are really nice. The only concern is the service in the rooftop restaurant is slow - though the food is good.

An irresponsible, incompetent and rude manager. We had a confirmed booking, but on our arrival he told us there was no room. He knew it from the moment we made the booking the day before. He didn't bother to contact us to tell us about it. When asked why he didn't cancel or contacted us he responded it was our fault because we didn't call him to double confirm. In a nutshell, make sure you call them even if you have a confirmed booking, otherwise you might find yourself without a room.

No reason to be expensive but very beautiful and inside blue city quite area, very clean and Wi-Fi in all rooms, beautiful terrace with great view and restaurant with Rajasthani Marvari Indi and international menu.
