I liked the gym, equipments, vibe, crowd.
And my trainer was really great -Raman Jadhav. He take cares of each and everything very smoothly and carefully. He helped me to loss 15 KG in 3.5 months.
And the best part of the gym is their staff which is very supportive, cooperative and helpful.
But only one con of the gym is its manager, who is very rude, very lazy. He always sleep in the gym and watches movie. He is also a personal trainer but he never helps his client. I think he is only a burden to the gym.
This gym is awesome with All facilities, professional trainers and supportive environment.. I would like to suggest this gym is best gym I ever seen.Trainers are helpful for noticing us for correct posture. Gym vibes is very lively and the total experience which actually motivates us to come to gym everyday. Overall experience is good, Simple exercises but effective enough to give results. Thanks to Raman Jadhav for the support .I have continued two Months exercise with his guidance. Now I am feeling more fit better and than initial stages.
This is the best gym in ujjain. I must say PT is very important. A personal trainer who has that extra education will have more knowledge n tools to help u.
