Food was good, ambiance was also good but when it comes to service it is horrible. Waiters are useless and manager don't even care to take your order. Need to learn manners. Owner is great but he needs to look over to his staff

Recently we visited this amazing restaurant located at #ulhasnagar Hardasmal..This restaurant is famous for its authentic Thalis. The ambiance was great with soothing music. We tried a variety of dishes here. For starters we had Paneer Hungama, Paneer keema sandwich . I must say that this is a highly recommended dish here. The both dish was succulent and tasted awesome with perfect flavours. Then we tried Paneer zafrani , paneer tikka biryani was amazing in taste and quantity also For main course you can also try there Thali For dessert we had Rabdi and Gulab jamun. It was super soft and gave a perfect end to our lip smacking dinner. Overall Nav Hardasmal is a great place to visit to try out their authentic thalis.

The food is delicious as we have ordered and dined-in here multiple times. The last time we went, there was a power cut and the entire restaurant was in a mess - no ventilation, no fans/lights, no generator backup and no proper people management. The top floor (AC cabin) was closed due to some event and all customers were made to sit in the smoked ground floor where it was impossible to breath without coughing. I would suggest to make sure there is enough power in the restaurant before going to dine-in because the food is too delicious and perfect and can be enjoyed only when you are breathing fresh air-conditioned air and not the smoke... Ladies please don't go to hardasmal, sindh e Darbar, ground floor waiters are pathetic, they keep on staring you unnecessary, ordering food through ground floor waiters is horrible. The food tastes good, but the place is not women friendly, it feels so very unsecured

Didn't got the seat was waiting with baby since 20 min, later left the restuarant without having the food, at entrance I asked the staff he said yes you can move above, no one loves to stand in the resturant. This branch is very congested tho, kindly make sure to confirm the customer first seats are there or not it was our first time in This branch we are regular customer in another branch, didn't expect this from hardasmal, than too I gave 3 star because hardasmal gives the quality food with good hospitality ratings based on another branch

Food delivered was not at all tasty. Rumali roti and Manchurian were burnt, bad experience. Will think twice before ordering again from this hotel.

Very few Staff only Pinto is there who manages the ground floor alone The plate was also made of plastic, which was bad,pav bhaji is serve at steel plate. In out side

Recently, I also visited, but the management was not proper. I had to repeatedly ask for my order, and the food didn't taste good either. I didn't feel satisfied. I'm sorry.
