Hard Rock Gym at Begumpet branch is a fentastic Gym provided with lot of Gym equipment. I never had gym experience, last three months back only I joined in this hard rock gym at age 42yrs with sugar, some gynaec problems. With in the three months without medicine my health condition is normal n good. My weight reduced n body fitness improved. It's because of Our Gym Trainer Asif...only....
