Superb spot. Calm and serene along the lake. Can easily take your car by the lake and chill there. No crowd and peaceful place. The drive to this place is through a jungle which is thrilling since there are elephants in it. Road can get very narrow. Lot of private spots with rocks for couples and families to take pictures and selfies Best time recommended is evenings when it gets breezy

Pleasant and peaceful place, visiting during the monsoon water was full. Best place for families and friends; advisable to visit in summers for best experience. No permission needed.

You should plan the harangi elephant camp and harangi backwaters is just a complimentary place. Nothing fancy but you should plan to visit during less sunny days. You will get panoramic views to capture.

Beautiful sunset view. Any car can go upto the backwater area. Don't have to walk to get there like other places. So even with kids it's a doable activity. There is no entry and all. It's just one such place where people have explored and is gaining popularity now.

A beautiful place to enjoy nature. People should be responsible for not making the place dirty! Plastic bottles and wrappers everywhere which make you sad!

It is a hidden gem.. you will pass through a forest road to reach this place.. you can drive car till near to back water.. nice location for photo shoot and for kids to play in water

Though not so popular but a feel good kind a place close to kushalnagar. There is no proper built up road but we can reach here by any car. There is no entry ticket and hardly any crowd. One can experience lovely sunset here along with cool breeze and lush green pastures.

This is an amazing and peaceful place to be in. Expansive grasslands, huge body of backwaters with hills in the backdrop. We took a car and a bike here, and driving around is a bliss. The scenery itself is mesmerizing and we stayed and chilled here for a long time. Driving ro this place can be a bit tricky due to bad roads leading here, but once reached, it is worth it.
