Good therapist. The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from Dr. Bavani garu is very effective. We learn a lot of new things from her therapy sessions. We get insights and much self-awareness as well after attending her therapy sessions. We learn emotional management and tips for maintaining healthy relationships with healthy boundaries with people in general. It's a myth that only people who have psychological illnesses need to consult therapists. Even normal healthy people also learn good things from attending her sessions.
