These people don't have any knowledge of the surviving needs of the animals they have kept, they will provide you misinformation and will fool you, the pet might get I'll or die soon because of the wrong information and on the plus side the lady owner is too rude, doesn't have basic etiquette and respect towards others. I'm sharing my story here: I bought a fish tank from this store along with 10 fish. Since I was new to this hobby, I asked them to provide me the fish as per their understanding, the fish that can live together without causing any trouble to each other. They provided me 3 goldfish, 2 angel fish, 1 shark, 3 glowfish and 1 molly fish and assured us that these fish won't fight. But to my surprise I observed that the angel fish were not gelling up with the other fish and eventually died. When one angel fish died the other also stopped eating so I sent it back to store mentioning that these are not gelling up and that they should not encourage customers to keep these fish together but they denied stating that they live together but I lost 2 of my fish because of this reason. After few days I suddenly found one of my healthy goldfish dead in the morning, I thought something might have happened but was not sure about the actual issue, but to my surprise the very same day I observed that the shark, one of the glowfish and the molly fish were attacking the other goldfish and immediately the picture got cleared to me, I tried saving it, kept it separate but unfortunately that was too late and that too died, I was really distressed. I consulted one of my friend who is petting fish from a long time and he said that all these fish are not supposed to be kept together. Goldfish are soft fish, shark is hardy and others are tetra fish, they will definitely fight and kill each other. I returned the last alive goldfish to the shop but I was really disappointed by the misinformation provided by them, it costed 4 lives. These people are just running business, they don't value the lives of poor animals it seems. If they are running a pet store, they should at least have thorough knowledge of the surviving needs of all the organisms they are having and should treat them as living beings and not just a source of money. I lost my five fish, would never suggest anyone to look forward to this store for owning a pet.

Medical advice is also very useful from pet mall owners. They are very supportive and good in nature.
