HAPPY Multispeciality Hospital - Doctor in Tenali - Guntur, India

I want to give negative stars. Doctor doesn't qualify for nurse also. Worst treatment. My son suffered because of her treatment. She says same thing for every one..' Patient is not responding for the medicines'. I won't suggest any one going to that hospital. She scared us that my son condition is very serious.. After few days we took him to rainbow and got treatment. Staff is even more worst. They don't how to put cannula also. Saline is not flowing and nurse told me put his hand in certain direction. . I have to hold my son hand right entire night for saline..

As a student I'll definitely recommend this hospital for the immunisation certificates they provide for international purposes at free of cost. Not only they provide it they also honestly explain you what is what and if you missed any immunisations before they'll prescribe you what's needed too. The staff are very helpful and Dr. Pavani is so sweet and patient she has also recommended a few vaccines that are important for female reproductive organs to be safe from cancer and such, the immunisation process might be a bit tricky and you might have to visit for 2-3 times depending on the university decisions but they've been very patient and helpful every time. Overall, the place is always clean and the walls are baby proofed so they won't get hurt while walking or playing around, the staff are also great with babies. It's in the main centre so easily reachable in case of emergencies. Definitely recommended!! And thanks for everything!

Dont get carried away by sugar coated words of the doctor madam. we suffered hell bcoz of the wrong treatment given by her. She started administering high dose antibiotics stating my daughter was suffering from typhoid and by evening my daughter was totally down. I have moved her to Rainbow Vijayawada and to my surprise docs at rainbow have kept all the medication given by her aside and have treated only for dehydration. She was kept admitted at rainbow for 5 days with simple IV fluid and recovered after 3 days. Hospital bill at Rainbow aside we have gone through horrible mental stress all thanks to Dr Priyanka I would suggest every one pl take a second opinion in case she requests patients for hospitalisation

i was happy to get my child treated in Happy hospital. Doctors were good and counselled us very good. They tried to understand our situation and were explaining every drug used to our child personally. Thanks Happy .

We took our baby boy to this hospital as he is suffering with fever cold and cough . Doctor was good . He treated well . Fever got reduced and my son became normal in 3 days . But nursing staff and pharmacy is a big let off . Doctor prescribed as an antibiotic with certain dose and nursing staff gave us a bottle of very high dose and they didn't even informed the same to us . But we checked the dose and followed as per directions on the bottle. After a month when again my son suffered with cold we went again and another antibiotic was prescribed . Same mistake happened again and this time we didnt saw the bottle and dispensed the dose for 2 days after that we got to know the mistake nursing staff did . My son is fine now with out any complications . Nursing and pharmacy staff were very lazy and they give wrong medications . Before admin plz do see wether it is correct medicine or not . If some thing had happened to my son bcz of admin higher dose do nursing staff or do hospital will take responsibility ?? Plz do train the nursing staff properly or else u loose so many patients in future . I will think twice before going to this hospital again only bcz of nursing staff

This is worst hospital I have never seen, in this all doctors are duplicate they will only for money And particularly Dr. V.Himani,MDRD, she is nothing only for showing,without covid she sad 3rd wave and I have saved in this hospital 16 case's like but all about money only, and my son was died become of that reason And after that join an other hospital they sad no covid this is food poison. So I request u all don't hope any one about this hospital thank u....
