Aptly named, it is indeed the best place to chill and watch people go by. Despite all the 'posh' Assagao places around, this sweet spot draws you in. I'd much rather enjoy a cold beer at the Happy Bar verandah. The owners are very humble and warm hosts too. And don't forget to get King's beer there.
