I visited this sanctuary today alongside my cousin who lives in Prayagraj. I was here in Prayagraj for a week and it was tuesday. This was the ideal spot to implore. It was strange to see so many aficionado visiting the sanctuary on the favorable day. Prasad counters are situated external the entry of primary sanctuary. It is likewise accessible to Stop office. Hanumat niketan is located in Civil Lines. The temple, primarily dedicated to Lord Hanuman, houses several smaller shrines and idols of many other deities like Lord Shiva, Lord Ram, Goddess Saraswati, Goddess Laxmi, Goddess Durga etc. Saint Ramlochan Brahmachari laid its foundation in 1958 and installed idol of Lord Hanuman in 1973. He single handedly raised the entire structure by collecting donations from the residents of prayagraj . He used to move either on foot or on a bicycle. Shri Hanumat Niketan Temple, spread over three and a half acre land, is a huge and integrated complex of temples, gymnasium, yogalaya, library, reading rooms, Ved Bhawan, guest house and a museum of weaponry. The construction of the whole complex reached its completion by 1974. Thus, the present form of this beautiful and grand temple complex can easily be termed as one-man show.

Hanuman Mandir at Civil Lines Prayagraj is pleasing temple and you can come here to sit and pray to Hanuman ji. You will feel very pleasing, clam and happy from inside visiting here. There are almost all gods like Ganesh ji, Laxmi ji, Vishnu ji, Parvati ji, Shankar Ji, Shivalinga, etc. You can also buy prasaad from here the options are motichor laddu, peda with less sugar, peda with normal/more sugar, klakand, barfi, milk cake, coconut barfi, etc. I bought peda with less sugar of price 340 rupee/kg.

Really a peaceful & Astha filled temple. Gives strength & courage. Stayed for a while. No issue of Panda.came out with better state of mind. Only issue of keeping your shoes at the stand Though it is free but some charges are taken. anyhow poor guy so no issue.

Pandit ji decorate the vigrah very good and everyday new clothes with different designs and colors are wored by hanuman ji, jai shree ram jai bajrang bali
