So I'm currently staying in double bed AC room here, which cost 1800+taxes. Below average room and washroom, AC not working, TV not working, 1 socket- All out or charger or anything, was figuring out by the time - no electricity. Asking for cancellation for the next day but they say that isn't possible. Positive: Bedsheets are clean and a towel was provided. Let me brace myself. Big no guys, Noo!

Very rude and bad behaviour of the hotel staff, no clean bathrooms, rooms are simple without any amenities not even a charging point

Located at a decent location this hotel was definitely a disappointment. Firstly I was charged extra for the so called "DELUXE" room which was nothing different than the standard room. After checking in, we waited for more than 30-35 minutes for the staff person to get us drinking water. Usually the room is already cleared and filled up with the required basic things (Drinking water, Towels etc.) but not this one. Had to ask twice for the towels as well. Then comes the food part. We(3 of us) decided to have few (3)more chapatis after placing the order initially and I ordered for them while eating. After a while, the guy comes with only 2 chapatis stating that making chapatis takes a little longer and after that they themselves decided not to bring the remaining one chapati. Also out of the 2 which he brought, one was stale(must be from last night). We had to leave early in the morning so I decided to settle the bill on the previous night itself and while paying for the bill I asked for the bill receipt, to which the staff person said that he is going to send it to my room. I left after payment and kept on waiting but no one came. While we were boarding our cab, he brought me the amount paid for on a plane paper. The only good thing about this hotel was the welcome call which I got at around 6pm as we hadn't reached the hotel till then for the check in. The call was sincere and showed concern. Only if the stay was as pleasant... It was just average.

We (3 people) ordered for the food and decided to have another round (3) of chapatis while eating which I ordered. After a while the hotel staff person comes in with only 2 chapatis saying that making chapatis takes longer, to which we said OK. Then we kept on waiting but the remaining third chapati never came. Also out of the two which he had brought one was totally stale. We had to leave early the next morning so I decided to settle the account on the night before, while paying for the bill I asked if I can have the bill receipt to which the person from the front desk said that he is going to send it to my room in a bit. I went to the room and kept on waiting but nothing or no one came. Then when we were boarding our cab in the morning, he gave me the things which we had along with their pricing written on a normal paper. The only good thing about this hotel was the welcome call which I got at around 6 pm on the day of our check in as we hadn't reached the hotel till then. The call was welcoming and showed concern. Only if the stay was as pleasant as the call.. Overall not so good experience staying at this property.It was just an average experience.

Big room with extra bed costs Rs. 1800 but doesn't have intercom. Very limited kitchen options available. TV didn't work even after trying 2 different remotes. The staff who checked us in, was courteous though. While the staff at the time of checkout was a bit rude.

Decent rooms but too expensive, like 3000 for a day plus none of the sockets are in working condition,

i always recommend the hanumant palace as it is very close to railway station. every they have the restaurant also providing good veg food.all the connectivity towards temple is good, easily you can get the share auto with minimum fare 10rs for 4km distance.
