ICU staff don't care Patient night shift staff sleeping ... careless

Its a biggest hospital of mahuva and it has many facilities like icu, emergency block,etc.

The staff are talking to each other, they don't care about the patient, especially the nursing staff are having fun and eaten snacks inside, the some doctor also pays more attention to his relatives. And experienced staff should be kept, useless staff che all here,........

A bad condition in hospital in staff is not working a time less all hospital is not responding
