Worst experience mainly Doctor not maintained proper time and patients coming with empty stomach in tha early morning but doctor not take care
An excellent doctor who carefully listens to the patient's problems, and provides an effective treatment. There are very few doctors like Dr Hanuman in Guntur who can successfully treat one's stomach problems. The support staff are also very professional and treats the patients with care.
Worst experience over all, as no body cares about the patients including the doctor. Usually doctor have to take the detailed clinical history of the patients and go for a clinical examination, but here for every pt they do blood tests, USG abdomen, and Endoscopy as without taking proper history and examination just for the sake of money because of which every patient have to wait for a long time. Even if you spent money you won't get the proper response from neither staff not the doctor.
Such a worst staff and also rood and argent behaviour attitude No one gives respect care about patient And answering like irresponsible people
Diagnostic services are pathetic. No reponsible staff, takes lots of time to take a small test. Minimum 1hr 30min will take for normal scanning. They dint have dedicated doctors for lab. Need call doctors from outside to complete the scanning. This is not even deserves for 1 star. But there is no 0 start. Management please consider this as a feedback.

Hospital staff is to worst... especially one guy named srikanth is showing too much attitude and didn't give proper answers to the patients and for the scan waiting period too high nearly 3 to 5 hours will wait for scan without eating food

Worst lady staff mainly at reception ,they won't give proper information to the patient s ,watching tv serials sitting at reception , they feel lik they r doctor s don't know y doctor are encouraging this staff they ll bring bad name to this hospital
Dr Hanuman Prasad is a great doctor, I have been consulting with him since 2015 and sincerely appreciate his help, he is not money minded at all...advises tests and procedures only if required. Thanks Dr Prasad!
