One among the shopping complexes in the city built by Trivandrum Development Authority. So many shops along with government offices are there. Government institutions include KSFE medical college branch,KSFE medical college Evening Branch and Special Tehsildar office,Revenue Recovery KSFE. So many Computer shops and photostat shops are working here. These Photostat shops offers least cost in trivandrum. They offer copies and printouts at 50 ps per side. Other shops include footwear shops,Beauty Parlour,book shops,Toy shops, Restaurant ,ready made shops etc. As in all trida complexes no washrooms.

I usually prefer this centre for taking photostat and computer print outs. There are lot of shops to choose from which they charge very cheaper rates. Parking space is good for 2 wheelers. I recommend this mall.

You get almost everything under one roof and also at very reasonable price. The printing and xerox shops have very efficient and hardworking staff. In total its very beneficial for a student

A good place to shop for basic office necessities and work stationary. Xerox shops and internet cafes are present. There is home supplies shop and also a juice bar present. Can been seen from medical college bus stand.

Cheap Xerox copies, binding, book splitting, thesis works and many more... fancy stores, gift centre, juice parlour, beauty parlour, and many more.. Most of the time, we can park our car with the help of the security personal.

The best place for taking Photostat. Only 50p for one sheet with both sides for bulk orders. Three are lots of DTP shops and a good juice parlor outside.

This is totally a building review. The toilet facility in this building and water availability in this building is horrible. Overall situation of the building is pathetic. As a citizen of India I request the authorities to take necessary actions. But the shops are Good and also the owners of the shops are also showing Good manners.

Its a small centre just oppoiate Trivandrum Medical college. Has a few stationary shops and small internet cafes where you can take photostats and printouts even for thesis and project works at the lowest price in the whole city. Has a very good hotel on its 1st floor which serves home like tasty lunch (rice fish etc) , tapioca, lime and lessi and evening tea and snacks at decent rates. Has a few fruit juice stores which serve many kknds of freah juice and shakes and others even very late into the night. Has a Neethi pharmacy store amd also a Supplyco within it. Has parking for 2 and 4 wheelers. I think there is a small 2 wheeler workshop too on its back side and a fewedical stores and small fancy stores esp for ladies. Has a beauty saloon for ladies too. Not much of a shopping centre but is very useful for students and patient bystanders.
