Very bad experience... we have send parcel to banglore... they didn't give us receipt and was very arrogant on call. Parcel didn't even to reach to banglore. Don't trust this travel agency.
I am boarded on bus at 6pm from indore to nagpur.. Now it's 10.34 am now am not reached even at baitul.... Worst service ever.. Driver is very arrogant... He refuse to change tyre even it's low on pressure.. Coast cutting is more important than passengers lives...
I bought my bike through this travels from Indore and when it reached amravati in the morning they didn't bother to unload it and were asking me for additional money to unload the vehicle afterwards. I have to make the arrangements on my own to unload as they were charging insane amount. Worst experience from this travels and I am never going to make any other bookings in future through this.
