Harsh Travel is a good way to travel, its rent is also very low and the journey is also very good and its timing is also very good.But mobile charging not available in Bus whose goes to indor to Agra.

It is too irritating travel agency. I have book bus from Gwalior to Agra cant to catch the train from tundla. I reached to pick up point at 7.40pm but the bus didn't came till 10.30pm. between the time I called multiple times to driver and he is always lying and giving the false location. 9.30pm i got call from some of , representative and he is saying like driver allready took me from the pickup point which is another lying. Finally I have booked a cab and reached to Agra. They have not refunded my amount. I was not expecting this big mistake by Hans travel.
A/C sleeper buses are not comfortable according to the price.. a guy who has 5'8-5'9 height, ha can't sleep properly
Worst experience I ever had. The bus broke in mid way to Indore and they asked us to get into another bus on the floor. Even though I had a sleeper booking, I went on a normal bus while sitting on the floor.
Behavior of Staff is very Rude. The AC bus was very old. Would not recommend if you are travelling to Jaipur.
