Hans Travels - Bus tour agency in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

This is one of the worst worst services I've ever experienced. The bus was so unhygienic and stinky, not even clean seats. I'm sharing some photos it's looks like dump yard. I just want to request that you do not travel with Han's India buses. I complained twice to the head office.

Rude and unprofessional owner..damaged my goods during transportation. Was not picking calls and forced me to wait in front of shop for 2 hours. Pathetic experience. Advise to stay away from this agency. Owner is hopeless guy. Also operates by name of AP travels and location of that is misguiding. Very very bad experience.

I booked a ticket from Raipur (CG) to Hyderabad (TS) 1. The bus is not on time 2. The driver is very rude and harsh 3. The bus is not safe for ladies the conductor was drunk and was sitting shirtless 4. They make local passengers sit between the passage 5. They make 4 people sit on two sleeper seats and two local people on a single seat. 6. The curtains are not clean neither is the seat. 7. The charges of the bus are very high(you can get AC tickets at the same price) 8. The stops wherever he wishes to eat drink or pea. 9. They keep your luggage on the seat and fill in the cargo packages inside bus. 10. Their bus stinks and there is a bad odour which will make you puke. This bus should stop this service they are not worth it. I would have given 0 stars but do not have the option.

Worst bus experience ever. While returning to Hyderabad from Indore, Madhya Pradesh they boarded extra 10 passengers who slept in between the berths. Felt very uncomfortable.

Unprofessional owner. Opens Godown at 11:30AM. Doesn't respond on phones. Useless set of workers. Govt institutions are better than this Agency. Unworthy of being called a company.

Local passenger bus. Very very pathetic. Greedy bus conductor make this bus local passenger bus. You can't reach your destination on time. 1-2 hr late is manageable but this bus is daily late by 3-4hr. You can't catch your train Or important meeting if you plan to travel by this bus.

Worst Service. I had travelled from Hyderabad to Mumbai in Hans Travels bus. My boarding point was Ahmed Tours & Travels, Hyderabad at 9:00 PM. Bus was reported with full of goods. They had taken almost more than 2 hrs to unload it. Bus was not starting. People had to push the bus to start. Finally bus started at 10:45 PM. Bus had haulted at very worst hotel at roadside on the way. No time limit for hault. They had wasted almost 45 mins in hault. This was not enough, bus was stopped by police on Mumbai pune express way for almost half hour. No management at all in any area. Suggest not to travel in bus.

Worst service. Very rude staff behaviour . Total idiots in office or on bus. No one cares about your issue or concern
