One of the tourist named Florence waited for the bus for more than an hour however neither the contact number given to them worked nor anyone contacted them from the bus service. After a lot of frustration they took an Uber from Akshardham bus stop to Agra. Pathetic bus service. Not recommended at all.
One of the worst travel agency. They are arrogent and abusive the travels person speaks as if we are his slaves and he is doing a favour on us by doing our transport. I will never suggest this travels to anyone and all the negative ratings here are true and I'm sure all the good ratings are fake as the reviewer has only rewied once.

There was a time when Hans travels was good but no more I booked a ticket for delhi to indore and driver were horrible more than a horrible bus was literally swinging and and and in the morning 200km before indore driver hit a new suv and suv owner make stop the bus and file a police complaint ( bus was already 3 hour delayed ) they were taking bus to the police station along with passenger's :)) then they gonna call (indore head office) to send another bus so I left the bus in Ujjain and book a cab instead cause I can't my 4-5 hours
Pathetic bus service , abusing language used by staff too 24 hours to reach from delhi to Indore and not at all bothered about passengers emergencies..dont book Hans bus pics posted over review is completely different in reality..just making money and looting people no time commitment..and fighting back with passengers...bullshit... bus is full with mosquitoes and flies and extremely unhygienic environment inside..pillow covers , bed sheets and blanket provided were extremely dirty...thinks 100 times before booking this heaven ride...

The worst travel agency ever!!! Had such a pathetic experience travelling with Hans travels. Even after booking a proper volovo bus the bus didn't show up at the start time 08:00 at the bus stand and we were shifted to a tempo traveler stating there is only less passengers. Again on the way we were forcefully shifted to a fully packed tempo traveler in this pandemic after paying 800INR. And these tempo traveler operators are charging just 200INR per head for such a pathetic ride from Agra to Delhi. What in the world did we pay 800INR and had to travel in tightly packed vehicle. After contacting the operator we didn't even get a good response. Shame on you guys. If you can't operate well then better stop this rubbish

One of the worth bus I have ever travel. The bus driver drink and drive also sleep during driving. Always being late arrival and droping. They did not even provide a charging point in bus. If I had authroity to give rating in negative I gave -10/10 .
