Hans Adventures and Resort - Adventure sports in Kolad, Durtoli - Raigad, India

Not happy with overall experience. I went with my family and all other rooms were occupied by bachelors who were playing music till late night and drinking openly, even at the swimming pool in the afternoon though luckily we completed our session in the moring hours . No double bed was available for family. The rafting site is 13km away from the location and separate charge to go there which was also not communicated. The only thing good was local people giving service were really good and cooperative. The adventure activities at the site are not very well maintained. Do a full enquiry before you book as cancellation policy is not helpful as always. Also see if you are not booking through second or third level agents but direct owners.

The hygiene is just not there and rhe rooms are basic at best! The beds are broken and some are made of stone The food is just edible to say the least...and the second star is just because of rhe adventure activity...there's ideally just one good activity which is the flying fox which is good...rest all are not well maintained and some are just namesake... In short i would not go there again ....

Right place for adventure, very good location, just on the river bank. Very good homely food. Take up the kolad river rafting package too. This place also has some adventure activities like Burma bridge, zip lining, etc...and they make you enjoy.

Hans resort we stumbled upon it by randomly searching for a place online for kolad. We wanted to go kolad river rafting and found this gem. We immediately booked it and they gave us the best room which is ideally made for a group, cottage named symphony which is waterfall facing. Waking up to this view was awesome. The approach road to this place is beautiful. Very good food Friendly staff We did rafting from them inclusive of the package. It was also fun Symphony cottage is good basic 3 beds clean bathroom. The highlight of the trip was this waterfall Which was almost exclusive to this resort people. We had a blast at the waterfall. Highly recommend this resort for peaceful 2 day trip.

Please do not visit this place. We had a very bitter experience in our last visit. The room allotted to us had no electricity. The place is nowhere near to what it charges. Untidy washrooms with no hand wash or soaps. Absolutely no value for money. The quality of food is worse though they charge a bomb. Be kind to yourself and do not visit Hans ! Google should add an option of 0 star for places like these.

Place is wonderful considering the greenery around. One can feel the nature. Food is okay types, Breakfast & Lunch was delicious, while Dinner was below average. The Cottages, the bunglow, and the Washrooms here are not maintained so well. Considering the area & location, this resort can be considered a good option as compared to its other counterparts.

Rooms and facilities are clean. They have separate single beds for each person - 5 in a room. There probably are bigger rooms as well. Food quality is decent - better in comparison to similar places visited earlier. They make arrangments for travelling to and fro from the rafting start and end stops ( charged separately - 900 rs). Go for other adventure activities only if you plan to spend more time on previous day else on the day of rafting it is really difficult. Overall a very good experience

Our stay at the hans adventure resort, Kolad was an excellent break from the rush and the chaos of the city. The location of the resort is well planned as one can enjoy variety of adventure sports inside the resort as well as nearby and the stay in the caravans is really comfortable and neat. The food is served fresh, on time and the service is really good. There is also a lake nearby which sets a very peaceful atmosphere. We all enjoyed a lot and the overall stay was good.
