Regular gym with decent equipment and trainers available, proximity for vile parle east folks staying around m g road, and sun city theater. On the road but parking little issue though

It just 10 nearby from Vile Parle(E) ... Nicely located ... Not to spacious but enough machines and in working condition ... ..clean and hygenic change room and steam room..

Good for those females who wish a separate "Ladies Room" to workout. Before joining this gym kindly go through this review and think twice : 1) No maintenance of equipment 2) Members are not treated well 3) AC not working 4) Some equipment highly needs maintenance 5) Sometimes there is Steam issue because of the water shortage 6) Also, No one listen to your complaints While working out on a treadmill it gives a current which is not good as if one person is working out and if he/she holds the handle the machine passes a current which may results in some injuries

1. Trainers are not at all helpful(will help you only if you take personal training). 2. Once you take the membership they don't care who you are. 3. Everyone shouts at each other(i am talking about about members) 4. No one working looks happy , making it even more frustrating to go! 5. Equipments will not work half of the time. 6. Receptionist nature will change- before payment and after payment. I hope this helps, there are other gym like Inch Pinch , Transform which provides better training and even the staff is cooperative. Please don't go !

Being in this gym for years now. Various change in owner. Was earlier called Q's then shifted to Powerhouse and now Hanman. Pros: decent size gym Nice equipment Brand name Moderately Prized Regular offer on yearly package Seperate floor for men and woman Cons Crowded Lack of shower room(it's there only for namesake) Lack of first aid Always shortage of water

Do NOT JOIN THIS GYM. YOU WILL BE DOING YOURSELF A FAVOR. One member got a shock on a treadmill while working out and she was badly hurt because of that. They kept the treadmill open for use and the next week, my mother also got a shock. The management has not taken any corrective measures regarding this issue and they have put up no warning as well. This is just ridiculous. The gym does not value human life. Anyone can get badly hurt because you are basically thrown off the treadmill and hit yourself badly if you fall on any other equipment. I don't understand how this is acceptable to the management. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM.

Been with the gym for a year now and has been a lovely time so far. Losing weight and getting out for a workout everyday works great out here. Nice environment to work out in perfect space good trainers and overall satisfaction in the mirror.

I have been using the Power House Gym (Vile Parle East) from last one year. The services are very good. Atmosphere is very nice for workout. Personal trainers are very helpful. They are giving proper guidance for the workout. Mr. Sachin Shirke managing gym very well.
