Untrusted brand. They tend to provide alternative lower priced flavors during parties without informing e.g Mango when ordered Alphonso Mango. I discovered this and informed and hangyo were least bothered to apologise for such a thing. Truly disappointed with such an act.

I'm sorry to say but one of your distributors was very rude I had placed an order on the site for ice cream but i didnt get any response for an hour Then i tried to call different numbers Someone picked up but again no response for another 20 mins Then some distributor called saying we can't send now its not worth 500 and only worth 350 We'll send it in the morning He was very rude for someone who waited for 90 mins His name was rithesh shetty thats not how you are supposed to deal with customers After waiting for 90 mins instead of being patient and listening he is blasting at me because my order is not worth 500

They held the stock filling just because of some other shops owners jealousy, bruhh this is not how you are doing the business. You can't just stop on stock filling because someone complained on it because of their jealousy...come and check on the issue or i will never recommended anybody your icecream or dealerships
