Ordered the double chicken roll which took some time to prepare though all ingredients were pre cooked, save for the egg on Paratha. The roll size is good and filling but charging extra for egg wasn't expected as the roll should have come with it as defacto ingredient. Will try their Kolkata biryani next time.

If you are depressed, sad, weak, hungry or weary, try out a biryani from this place, which will immediately put all your pains away. Needless to say, if you order it in your happy times, it'll send you to a different planet. Biriyani was invented to increase the happiness index of the world. And Hangla's has just perfected it. The half plate chicken biryani with one piece of chicken, one egg, and one potato is just heavenly. Try it anytime and thank me later. So many times it has saved my life that I give 10 stars out of 5 for this item alone. Famous for Kolkata style biriyani. You can get the best mutton biriyani here. Rolls are also nice.

Today Illish Utsab in Nabi Mumbai Bengali Association was horrible and a total flop show. *Food items as written and charged were not given. *Food quantity was not even sufficient for a child. *Preparation just horrible. * Even the fish was of the cheapest quality. Rs 1900 for a plate was a waste , not only that you people have spoiled the sunday meal. There was no distribution system , people were standing for hours to collect the food packet. This way you have not only spoiled the name of Hangla but defamed the Bengalis as such. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE WE ARE SORRY...as it looks that you have deliberately done this to make a quick profit.

Opted for chicken kosha combo. Good delicious food and courtious staff.

Hanglas in Lokhandwala is a place where even non-demanding customers settle for rolls that are mediocre at best. I found it underwhelming, especially because their half plate mutton biryani consisted of only a small, unsatisfying piece of mutton, which felt like a letdown for a biryani lover like me. Additionally, the kitchen hygiene is highly questionable, making it a subpar eatery. It's a last resort for a meal when all other options are unavailable.

You can get Kolkata biriyani here. The taste of the biriyani is good. But every time the chicken in the Biriyani is not fresh! I would suggest them to at least provide fresh quality chicken. But the taste of the Biriyani is good!

Guys I have tried multiple biryani here who claims true Kolkata biryani. They may be good but hangla is the best. Try it's biryani. It's awesome . Alu is big. I love it. I am ordering it once a week. Try it.
