My recent visit to the restaurant left much to be desired. While the initial impression was positive, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The service, unfortunately, was subpar, with slow and inattentive staff. It seemed like a struggle to get their attention, and once we did, the interaction lacked the warmth and courtesy one expects in a dining establishment.The disappointment extended to the menu as well. A significant number of dishes listed were unavailable, limiting our options and leaving us with a sense of unfulfilled anticipation. Moreover, the quality of the food was noticeably below par. It lacked the freshness one would expect, and some dishes seemed like they had been sitting for a while before being served. To improve the dining experience, the restaurant could benefit from addressing these key areas. First and foremost, staff training is crucial. Ensuring that the team is attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs can significantly enhance the overall atmosphere. Regular menu updates to reflect available dishes would prevent customers from experiencing disappointment due to unavailability.In terms of food quality, a focus on sourcing fresh ingredients and maintaining high kitchen standards can elevate the dining experience. Regular checks on the freshness of ingredients and timely preparation of dishes would contribute to a more satisfying meal.In conclusion, while the restaurant has the potential to offer a positive dining experience, improvements in service, menu availability, and food quality are essential. The atmosphere is very nice. Staff service & behaviour are also plausible. No comments on that. But the food isn't as tasty as hyped by others. I went there because of the fame & name of this restaurant of serampore. But after tasting the food, I'd think for the 2nd time before entering there. Obviously i suggest going there as it provides much luxury & comfortable inside, but especially with your friends or special ones. Otherwise it's an average type of restaurant in accordance with me.

Lovely and calm atmosphere. Good dinner destination for the weekend. Food prices are moderate and they serve tasty dishes. Must try- Crispy Chicken, Chicken Bharta.

Very easy finding and must recommended restaurant in Sreerampur Market area, just 5 minutes away from the station. We often visit this tiny dining for its awesome Food quality and quantity along with quick and attentive hospitality. Various kind of chicken and mutton dishes are available there but I mostly recommend for their kebabs...it is too special to miss! Our celebration on my birthday was graced with its taste! The only thing I request to the proprietor is to check the restaurant's lighting control system. Years ago, it was firmly fixed but now in 2023, it's disappointing.

Good food at reasonable price. This restaurant is located near Shrirampur (Serampore) railway station. We ordered Kashmiri Pulao, Handi Mutton, Tandoori Roti and Onion Salad. All items were quite good.

A budget friendly restaurant with great food. One must try the rolls from Hangla's roll corner. Great ambiance with friendly well mannered staffs. Food quality and quantity are good as well. I personally love their Chicken Lababdar item most.
