HANDSTAND - Gym in Vasco da Gama - South Goa, India

This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. A special shout out to one of my favorite trainer (Ram) He's always been very welcoming and kind Ram is an excellent fitness trainer. His effort for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit. Handstand gym has been awesome to me. the overall vibe is great and good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! The trainers here is incredibly friendly n they know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts,they are really awesome n helpful,they make you feel really comfortable. Special thanks to ram he really train me well with all workouts,my experience with ram is really good till now Ram is probably the most knowledgeable trainer he takes the time to understand your goals,he has become a mentor,a friend and helped me boost my self confidence. Handstand is an amazing gym, great facilities and very clean.

Its been a month I have joined the gym and i would highly recommend Handstand if anyone is willing to enroll into the fitness. The trainers here are very helpful. My trainer is Suraj who explains all the workouts very patiently and makes sure that all the workouts are done in a proper manner. Overall the vibe is great!!

Handstand Gym has been amazing to me. Their trainers are exceptional, but I want to highlight my trainer Ram, his just astonishing and explain each workout with soo much passion which makes me understand the whole process of workout.. and his knowledge about muscle training, fat loss etc makes him one of the best..!!! I always look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave...!! The overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I would highly recommend!

Handstand is without any doubt the best gym I have ever been to. The gym is clean and spacious, has adequate amenities, good music and a wide variety of equipments. The trainers here are simply SUPERB. My trainer was Ram and he is one of the most patient, helpful and gentle people ever. He guides you at every stage, makes sure you get the posture right and you're working the right muscles. He makes sure you know the name of the exercise and which muscles it is meant for. On the whole, every trainer here is experienced and dedicated to making sure your gym experience is beneficial, safe and comfortable. They work so hard to make sure it is an extremely positive environment and full of good vibes and energy!!

It's almost been a month in handstand and the gym and the quality of equipment as well as the trainers is top notch, no doubt about it. It is well maintained and also the hygiene is excellent. I would also like to mention Ram under whom i am training, things are going pretty strong and also Ram guides me through every detail about the right posture and the correct way the exercises must be done and what muscle group it must target. I am really grateful for having a very good trainer and i am looking forward to get the best out of myself under his guidance.

It's almost been a month in handstand gym and I had a amazing Service from the gym. Theirs trainers are outstanding but i will specially talk about Suraj, he is a very good trainer with a very friendly nature...he always helps and guides me with the workout and the diet, and its just a month but i have increase my strength alot.. The atmosphere is fantastic, and i have only positive encounters and i would highly recommend the gym and the trainer.
