Unsatisfactory Customer Service and Hygiene Standards at H&M VR Mall, Nagpur I would like to share my feedback and review regarding the H&M brand store located in VR Mall, Nagpur. My family and I are frequent visitors to this store for our shopping needs. However, I must express my disappointment with the level of customer service and hygiene standards observed on our recent visit. The fitting rooms were notably dirty and dusty, posing a potential risk to the health of customers. It is essential for a well-known brand like H&M to maintain proper hygiene standards to ensure a safe and comfortable shopping experience for their customers. To address this issue, I requested a feedback book at the billing counter. Unfortunately, the staff refused to provide me with a feedback book, claiming that they did not have any available. This lack of a proper means to provide feedback is inexcusable for an established brand like H&M. I urge the management of H&M to take strict action to address these concerns and improve the level of customer service provided at their store. Proper cleaning protocols should be followed to maintain hygiene standards, and adequate feedback mechanisms must be available for customers to provide their valuable suggestions and complaints. As loyal customers, we expect nothing less than a satisfactory shopping experience when we invest our time and money in a store. It is concerning to see such negligence and lack of concern for customer satisfaction. By addressing these issues promptly and efficiently, H&M can establish itself as a brand that values its customers' needs and wellbeing. In conclusion, I believe that H&M VR Mall, Nagpur, must take immediate action to improve its hygiene standards and customer service. The shop is in VR Mall 2nd floor. The quality of clothes are really good but the combination are not great there. They don't have much offers in Nagpur. Still better as compared to other brand's.

H&M is a great place for fashion shopping. The stock of clothes are according to recent trends and are fairly priced. The fabric quality of clothes is amazing. The staff is kind and approachable.

H&M is one of my favorite brand. Quality is superb and good collection, that we cant get from any other brands. Little bit costly but worth every penny. I am super happy with my purchase from H&M, and will buy more things from this brand and will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Good, but small store, got good deal, ***** star for staff

Poor services here. The staff is super slow and there is so much of crowd at the fitting rooms. The staff tries to behave super Euro cool but honestly fail miserably in delivering basic help and services.

It's best shopping brand... Every section is osum.. So huge varieties and styles.... Hnm makes u look beautiful... Its so sexy brand

One of My fav store in Nagpur. I love shopping here. But why do they keep men to check on cloths near the female changing room ? that's weird.
