H & M is a Swedish brand, H & M clothing is very nice they have nice collection of clothes , shirts , pants , trousers , t-shirts , hoodies and all other cotton & other material clothes . There are no sale on h & m products. Therefore no queue is present here you can buy & take trail very fast there is no rush. Women's department is very big than the men's department. Priceses are bit high but that's fine.

The worst customer experience ever. I had ordered a product online in September 2021 and returned within 1 day. It's been 6 months since, and I haven't received the refund. Lots of dillydallying from the customer executives and managers side, with no clear reason as to why my refund hasn't happened. They are unwilling to issue a credit note either. An international brand with a pathetic after sales service.

And yes some facilities like network issue, a counters, changing rooms should be improve . Hence, You should take an action and solve such problems.
